Professor Gordon Hayward - Chairman
Gordon is an international authority in the design of ultrasonic transducers and arrays. He has extensive expertise in design issues relating to sonar, NDE and biomedical transducers, coupled with a widespread knowledge and understanding of general ultrasonic systems. Gordon is also Director of The Centre for Ultrasonic Engineering and has specific responsibility for future technology development with Alba.

Vic has extensive design experience in the sonar transducer industry. Along with Gordon Hayward, he helped pioneer the application of wideband piezoelectric composite transducer technology for high frequency underwater sonar systems. Alba has since become a world leader in this area.
